CHECK-IN FOR WEDDING COUPLE
All wedding couples are requested to fill up our online check-in form via their own mobile phones or devices, or via the hotel iPad. Copies of their passports can be uploaded to the check-in form in advance or presented to management upon arrival along with complete details of at least one valid credit card.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT OR GUARANTEE
A remittance of 1000 euros to the La Esperanza Granada SRL bank account is required in advance as deposit for the wedding. The other option is for the wedding party to provide the complete details of at least one valid credit card.
- Please note: All charges and remittances fees are for the account of the remitting party. Any / all unused portions of the deposit shall be returned to the wedding party within 30 days.
DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following will be covered by your deposit or credit card, and the unused portion will be refunded to you within 30 days:
- Any damages to the property during your stay or the stay of any of your guests, whether they are checked-in as overnight guests for the period of the property buy-out or are temporary visitors. This includes any damages caused by third-party contractors directly hired by the wedding couple.
- Any items that may need to be replaced as a result of being lost or damaged during your stay.
- For wedding couples who are using their own caterers: La Esperanza Granada requires each catering company to leave the property as they found it, and to remove all garbage and items associated with their catering to avoid cleaning fees charged to the deposit.
- Any area of the property that may require more extensive cleaning as a result of client usage may result in additional cleaning fees.
PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL BILLS
The wedding couple is requested to settle any additional bills prior to departure. These include but are not limited to food or drinks ordered, services ordered, laundry, transfers, entertainment or additional beds or rooms. These are not covered by the deposit.
Should there be any issues or questions regarding the bill, please contact the manager on duty. There may also be instances when management will deem it necessary to present the bill in the middle of the stay. In this case, guests are requested to pay promptly.
