Our gastronomic dinner menu changes daily and varies according to the seasons and to what inspires our chef. We offer a four-course tasting dinner menu, by reservation in advance and available only to guests staying with us. Those staying more than one night can opt for a tasting menu every evening to truly experience the diverse culinary skills of our chef. An a la carte menu is also available featuring traditional Spanish specialties, weekly specials and international dishes.
